Caffeine and Dizzeness

Caffeine? Benda apa tu?
Caffeine is a type of chemical that contained inside the coffee, tea, cola, mate, guarana. The usage is usually used to improve alertness level of someone's mind.

Macam mana caffeine ni memberi kesan kepada badan kita? Basically, Caffeine will stimulating the Central Nervous System (CNS), muscles, heart. So, how caffeine can makes you feel dizzy?

By increasing our blood pressure. Bila kita consump caffeine, caffeine akan bertindak untuk menyempitkan salur darah kita. Bila salur darah sempit, jantung akan bekerja keras untuk menyalurkan darah ke seluruh badan.

Imagine macam pipe dengan air, buka paip and attached hos.. Bila kita tahan air yang mengalir dalam paip, once kita released confirm air banyak keluar kan? Lebih kurang begitulah! (pening sendiri nak explain). Semakin sempit salur darah kita, semakin sedikit darah yang sampai ke otak kita. Semakin sedikit darah sampai ke otak kita, semakin sedikit jugaklah amount of oxygen to be transfer to the brain. Sebab tu lah boleh pening! So be careful when consuming beverages yang ada caffeine ni ye :)
